【Collaboration Process】

### Process with Design Drawings but No Sample

**Design Drawings**: Please have your R&D or procurement department provide 2D/3D drawings of the workpiece.

**Notes**: Include workpiece dimensions, precision requirements, material, quantity, surface treatment, and delivery time.

**Send**: Send the drawings via fax, email, Line, or QQ.

**Quotation**: We will provide a quote as soon as possible and send back the quotation form.

**Sample**: Please send the drawings via fax, email, Line, or QQ.

### Process with a Sample but No Design Drawings

**Sample**: Please have your R&D or procurement department provide a sample of the competitor’s workpiece.

**Notes**: Include workpiece dimensions, precision requirements, material, quantity, surface treatment, and delivery time.

**Send**: Contact us via fax, email, Line, or QQ.

**Quotation**: We will promptly provide a quote and send back the quotation form.

**Sample**: Please contact us via fax, email, Line, or QQ.

### Process without Design Drawings or Sample

**Visit Factory**: Have your R&D or procurement department provide the purpose of the workpiece and the final product.

**Discuss Workpiece Design**: On-site communication regarding accuracy, quality, quantity, surface treatment, and delivery time.

**Sketches**: Create initial sketches and a simple sample.

**Quotation**: We will promptly provide a quote and send back the quotation form.

**Design and Sampling**: After confirming the quotation, the design drawings will be submitted for approval. If proceeding with mass production, the design and sampling fee will be waived.
